♡ Impact of UK Value Added Tax (VAT) for Low Value Imports, effective 01 January, 2021
Effective 01 January, 2021 the UK will require merchants selling low value goods, not exceeding GBP135, to UK consumers, to register for a UK VAT number, charge VAT at the point of sale and remit to Her Majesty Revenue and Customs (HMRC). This new regulation means I will no longer ship to the UK from 01 January, 2021
♡ EU to Abolish €22 Vat De Minimis, effective 01 July, 2021
The EU will also require EU and non-EU sellers to charge VAT at the Point of Sale for goods valued at €150 or below, from 01 July, 2021. The current VAT free threshold on goods valued at or below €22 will be removed. This new regulation means I will no longer ship to the EU from 01 January, 2021
♡ Impact of COVID-19
International postal deliveries have been severely impacted by the global COVID-19 pandemic.
Delivery delays should be expected for all destinations, particularly for US and Canada where postal deliveries may take up to five weeks.
Megzie Co will not be accepting any lost parcel claims from April 2020 ongoing whilst there are disruptions to local country postal services.
I am now only shipping out orders once a week. If the volume of orders awaiting pick up is not at a minimum level, pick up will be delayed until the next week.
Tracking capabilities are also impacted due to the increased volumes of international freight on hold at international sort hubs. I am unable to provide a tracking number at time of order fulfillment, but all parcels will have international tracking and you can contact me for an update on your parcel.

I ship from Sydney, Australia.
♡ How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated based off the weight of items. Megzie Co offers the following flat rates:
Any larger parcels, price for shipping can be quoted to the customer. Rates vary depending on Zone location and can range from $25 - $50 AUD.
♡ When will my order ship?
Megzie Co endeavors to pick and pack all outstanding orders on a weekly basis.
♡ How long does international shipping take?
Please see chart below for estimated delivery times based on Zone location.

♡ Why is shipping so expensive?
The price for international shipping reflects the current shipping rates of the freight provider, including emergency surcharges due to COVID-19 pandemic, and unfortunately, Megzie Co has no control over the shipping rates from Australia to world wide locations. All endeavors have been made to absorb shipping costs where possible due to the nature of the product sold by Megzie Co.
♡ Does my order come with tracking?
Megzie Co shipping including tracking. This is a policy put in place to reduce the risk of lost or missing in transit parcels, and to offer better lead times on delivery for my customers.

Megzie Co current freight provider offers milestone tracking to 33 countries pictured below, and worldwide with some limitations.
Tracking will show the parcel from pick up, to DHL depot, to delivery to overseas Postal network. From there the tracking will stop until delivered to the Customer. For more detailed tracking, the Customer will be required to contact their local postal service.
♡ I think my parcel is lost, what do I do?
I am not liable for any products lost during shipping however please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org with your concerns so I can assist you.
♡ Will I have to pay custom taxes / import fees?
Customers are fully responsible for any taxes or fees that occur for international orders.
♡ What currency does this store transact in?
This store transacts in AUD. Currency conversion is shown for your ease of use, but the checkout is always processed in AUD.
♡ My order arrived damaged, what do I do?
Please take a photo of the damaged goods / damaged packaging and email me at email@example.com with your concerns so I can assist you. Minor damage like bent pin posts can be easily fixed.
♡ My order is missing items or has the wrong items?
